Element-Hz Power Series In-Wall Single Gang 1800-joules Surge Protector with Retrofit Backbox - White

Out of Stock

Instead of using bulky surge protector strips, you can now install a point-of-use surge protection receptacle to protect appliances and electronics from voltage spikes.

  • It's kind of our thing to make things easier on installers. That's why we include a compatible retrofit backbox, mounting screws, and wire nuts. You get an easy-to-install wall plate along with surge protection and noise filtration all in a convenient single gang form factor.
  • We know how frustrating those flathead style screws can be when mounting a wall plate. So, we've taken the liberty of providing you with white Phillips style screws to make your install that much easier. Now you can put that flathead screwdriver away and save time by using a Phillips drill bit instead.
  • Power surges are caused by any number of events. This can include anything from thunderstorms to mishaps from the power company. In the event of a catastrophic surge such as lightning, this device uses thermal fuses to completely disconnect AC power to all of your connected equipment, ensuring your components' safety.
  • Power surges send excess amounts of electricity that can damage your connected equipment if not properly protected. The Joule rating is a measure of a surge protector's ability to "clamp" this excess energy down to a safe level - the higher the rating, the more protection your equipment has.
  • The ELE9020 features a high-frequency capacitor and choke coils that work together to provide maximum reduction of AC line noise interference. The result is pristine audio as well as improvements in video too.
