We strive to fill every order complete, however occasionally we may be out of stock on an item. We will notify you in the event of a back-ordered item and ask if we can ship the bulk of your order right away. When your back-ordered item arrives, we will notify you and ship the next business day.
Absolutely NOT! We will use your email address only to ask a question regarding an order we are processing for you or confirm details of your shipment. We also may use your email address to offer you specials from time to time and to keep you informed about the status of your account. We pledge to keep all your personal information private and will never sell your email address or offer it in any way to any outside company or agency. You can also unsubscribe easily at any time.
TDL has thousands of items available to us. While our stocked items list is always growing, we simply cannot stock every item available. If you are looking for an item that you don’t see, please ask one of our customer service reps. We would be more than happy to provide availability and pricing to you.

You are more than welcome to place and pick up orders at any of our locations. To speed up your pick-up time, it’s advised to place your orders in advance and we will do our best to have the order ready for pick up when you arrive.
TDL has our own fleet of delivery trucks in many areas throughout Ontario to provide the highest level of service at the lowest costs. We also ship via Purolator, Canpar, Canada Post and several various transport carriers.
We understand that shipping costs come right off everyone’s bottom line! We offer the lowest shipping rates in the industry. We charge a minimal drop fee when TDL delivers product with our own trucks. Courier charges are based on size and weight. Prices are compared between carriers on a case by case basis and shipped by the cheapest method. Due to our high volume and affiliation with some of our vendors, we are able to provide the lowest industry rates.
We strive to ship all orders the same day they are received. Generally, orders that are received by 3:00pm EST are processed and shipped the same day. In the event you need an item rush shipped after 3pm, please request a “priority must ship today” and we will do our utmost to get it out the door!
You are responsible for the shipping charges from and back to TDL if delivery was unsuccessful for the following reasons:
No one was present at the shipping location to accept delivery after 3 attempts. Shipment was refused.
If you know in advance you may not be available when the courier arrives with your order, you can request a “Hold for pickup” at the courier terminal and you can pickup there. The courier will send you a notification that you have a package waiting for pickup at the terminal.
You may apply for a credit account by completing our Credit Application form. If your application is approved, you will receive net terms of 21 days, providing your account is kept in good standing.
We are required to collect and remit recycling fees on applicable electronic and computer products when they are shipped to applicable provinces. For more information, please visit the website for your province. If your company is an approved remitter in your province we can enter into an agreement with you and not pass through the applicable fees.

Check the package carefully at the point of receiving. If you see damage at the point of receiving make a claim immediately with the courier driver. Contact TDL also to report the claim. If you discover damage to the product after you have already accepted and signed for the shipment, contact TDL immediately. (Important note: Do not ship the product back to us at this time! Doing so will void any damage claim with the carrier). TDL will contact the carrier and arrange to have a carrier inspector come to your premises and visually inspect the package for damage. If the carrier approves the claim, TDL will then send you replacement product and the carrier will pick up the damaged product for return to TDL.
If you receive defective merchandise, go to our Online RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization), fill out the form and submit the information. You may also choose to print out an RMA form, fill it out and fax it to us. Be sure to include the Invoice number the merchandise was purchased on and a description of the problem. Items should be returned to TDL freight prepaid. TDL will pay for return shipment of replacement product. Thoroughly test any item which you suspect to be defective. A fee may be charged for any item which is returned as defective and subsequently found to be non-defective by technicians. Freight charges for the non-defective product will be the responsibility of the customer.
New unopened products may be returned within 14 days of purchase. Merchandise must be in the original unmarked box and must include all manuals, remotes, cables, packing and other materials and be in new condition. There are no returns on special order items or clearance items, these sales are final. Returns may be subject to a restocking fee.
Products sold and distributed by TDL carry individual warranties from the respective manufacturer. We honor manufactures warranties. Refurbished products and end of life product may not carry manufacture warranty.
As per TDL policy, refunds can be requested on credit notes that are 60 days or older. We will use the credit towards your next order, if you do not place an order in the next 60 days, you can request a refund at that time. To request the refund please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
