The SC-200W is fully weather-proof and made of stainless steel, the antenna is an external magnet mount antenna. It is omni-directional, provides 5 dBi gain, and is able to locate signal on all sides up to 56.32 km (35 miles) away from a cell tower. The 12” wide band antenna has a magnetic mount and so is easy to install and easy to transfer from one vehicle to another. It can be mounted on the roof of a car, truck or RV and is designed to be used with a SureCall vehicle amplifier. Omni-directional antennas receive signal from all directions, and for best results the antenna needs to be installed in a vertical position.
