The DIGIWAVE 8-Way Tap is used to split the cable signal if the signal must be sent to two or more devices. Service technicians might install splitters if they activate additional outlets within your home. You can install or remove splitters on your own, but it is not recommended. For the DIGIWAVE to work correctly with your equipment you must provide clear reception, it must meet proper signal requirements.
